Suitability: Yoga Teachers, Teacher Trainees, and Advanced Practitioners
Pre-requisite: At least 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training or equivalent experience

Day 1 – Foundations and Standing/Seated Poses

Welcome & Intention Setting
Introduction of facilitators and participants
Overview of workshop flow
Discussion on touch ethics, boundaries, and consent
SESSION 2
Module 1: Principles of Hands-On Adjustments
Types of adjustments: directive, stabilizing, deepening, energetic
Consent protocols (verbal, cards, body language)
Anatomy of touch: grounding, firmness, and clarity
Trauma-informed considerations
SESSION 3
Module 2: Standing Poses Adjustments (Part I)
Tadasana, Warrior I & II, Triangle, Side Angle, Half Moon
Partner work: Adjustments for alignment, support, and balance
Feedback loops and refining sensitivity
SESSION 4
Module 3: Standing & Seated Poses (Part II)
Forward folds, twists, and hip openers
Seated poses: Paschimottanasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Janu Sirsasana
Hands-on practice in groups

Adjustments for safety, structure, and spotting techniques
Touch and trust in gravity-defying postures

Module 6: Integration & Teaching Practice
Group teaching practice with feedback: giving, receiving, observing
Creating a safe container for physical adjustments in a class setting
Designing touch cue sequences for different class levels
